Buffering When Changing Channels

Recently, I have been getting a lot of buffering when I switch channels. It will constantly buffer.

I am using TiVi Mate (paid version) on Nvidia Shield. If I close out of the app and reopen it, then the last channel I tried to view is fine. If I switch the channel, I get the same issue with buffering.

I do not use a VPN, but I have never had this issue before. It’s been happening consistently for the past three days.

Any thoughts as to what is causing this and how to fix it?
