Smaller street camera

Recommendations

Hi all!

I currently have the 7D Mark II and use it for wildlife and event photography. I love using it, but I am looking for something I can take out casually and have fun with. I would like to use this for street photography so I would prefer it to be smaller and relatively quiet.

  • Budget: 200-300 USD.
  • Country: U.S.
  • Condition: used.
  • Type: preferably mirrorless.
  • Intended use: photography.
  • Style: street/casual.
  • Features: I would prefer reasonable ISO performance and AF. Also, it would be nice to be able to shoot in RAW, but it is not a dealbreaker.
  • Portability: I would like to be able to hold it in one hand and fit it in a smaller bag.
  • Cameras I've looked at: the Sony Nex5 caught my attention, but I'm not sure if that's good or if there's something better for me.
  • Cameras I have: I have the 7D Mark II.
  • Notes: I am used to Canon DSLRs, but I have seen some smaller Sony mirrorless cameras that have caught my attention. I am not looking for the absolute best-of-the-best that I can take out and shoot with anywhere, that's why I have my 7Dmkii.

If you have any additional questions please let me know.

Thank you all so much!
