Just pre-purchased Dragon Quest VII (regular version) for $47.99 - still says "awaiting key". When?

When do I get my key for this game? I actually don't think he has pre-load, but I'd at least like to see it in my Steam library.

I mean, shouldn't I be able to get my key?

GMG name is also Mahaltoh.
