Eso community chats and discords

I am not looking for a group! I am simply looking for information on where to find communities and talk with other players about the game

Im a returning player but on a new platform. Its been 5 years since I last played and I am planning to make a social guild for my little group of friends that we have in my discord.

Where would yall say is the better places to find communities outside of directly joining a massive guild.
