films for a woman who never watches anything alone

hi all, I'm pushing myself to watch movies independently rather than waiting to watch with others. IDK why i have this problem, but movies rarely strike my fancy enough to put them on when i'm alone. maybe because i think movies are meant to be experienced with others? i guess i'm also afraid of movies making me feel isolated and depressed.

anyways, please leave suggestions for indie movies, movies with twists, not nightmare-inducing, cozy, coming-of-age, thought-provoking, satisfying films that you'd gladly watch alone.

-party girl (1995)

-battle royale (2000)

-blackkklansman (2018)

Any old-school murder mystery would also be my jam. Thanks in advance.
