How many Libras are there in DON?!

I was playing all night yesterday and I ran into this guy like 6 times. Seriously, it's fine that he's a challenging boss, especially in DON, but it just gets tedious. Honestly, I don't think there will be many updates after the DLC, but FromSoftware should do something about the boss randomness because this is ridiculous.
