Anyone else experiencing this with TurboTax?

I use turbotax to file my taxes every year, I just got my W-2 a few days ago because I applied to get it electronically. I don’t remember this happening last year, but I typed in all the information I put in the W-2. Got all the deductions I was supposed to, yada yada, but I keep trying to FILE and i am getting looped around the same thing asking if I want ‘TurboTax max (which i decline), expert checking, calculating any errors’ then proceeding to just kind of crash, like it won’t load and then it won’t show me my refund anymore and everything says experiencing technical error. I’ve looked through a few different post hoping im not alone. Seeing that some people have been offered a Trump account I believe through TurboTax, and that’s not available until January 14 or 15th, am I just way too early? I was gonna wait a week and try again, but I just wanted to make sure that maybe I wasn’t the only one experiencing it?
