Suggestions?

I am just wondering if there's anything I can do to stop nearly continuous tripping of circut. When I press the test button it flashes yellow if that matters. I've unplugged/moved appliances, turned off everything to where I'm sitting in complete darkness trying to work - yet its still tripping. Running a desktop. Also, I could be gone all day with everything off, and when I get home the circuit tripped in my absence. I seriously cannot get anything done - as soon as I boot back up and start typing; boom circuit trips again.
