19M Rare face swelling please help I am feeling demotivated

When I was 15 in Class 9 I drank a liver syrup and after that my face started feeling weird not like normal swelling but more like my face became uneven and heavy from inside and little bit swelling not tissue swelling which can be seen easily but my tissue is not swelled but face is i am not sure what is it or how i explain it stayed like that for around 6 to 7 days exactly same and then suddenly in one night my face became 100 percent normal again after some time I drank the same syrup again because I didn't know it was the cause and the same thing happened same weird heavy uneven face feeling and again after about a week it fully went back to normal the third time I still didn't connect it with the syrup and I drank it again this time it didn't go back quickly I waited 5 days got really frustrated and in that frustration I drank it again and this time my face became like a balloon that's when I finally realized this syrup is doing this and I threw it away I thought it would heal like the first two times but it didn't now it's been more than 2 years there is no obvious visible swelling but at rest I always feel heaviness in my face an uneven feeling and like my face is never fully relaxed anymore doctors say nothing is wrong because they can't see swelling but I can feel it every single day and this problem started only after those reactions so it's really hard for me to believe nothing happened what kind of doctor should I actually go to dermatologist ENT or maxillofacial and what tests make sense ultrasound MRI or something else I'm not trying to self diagnose I just want some direction because this feels real to me and it's affecting me daily
