[TOMT] Movie interview with Matt Stone and Trey Parker talking about costs of intro scene to Team America World Police

I recall watching an interview (or at least I believe it was) with Matt Stone and Trey Parker, where they talk about a studio executive losing his shit, when he saw the cost of the intro scene for Team America, as the studio had thought “oh, it’s a puppet movie. How expensive can it be”. Can a kind soul help me find this gem of an interview?
