Never pay another frivolous ticket again. Not guilty jury trial every time. If you’re the only victim- let them know.

The law exists to protect people from harm. Its purpose is not to punish for the rules themselves, nor to require obedience, nor to assert authority. It is meant to prevent injury, safeguard rights, and ensure fairness.

When there is no other party, there is no victim. No one was harmed, threatened, or deprived of rights. Punishment of the defendant is the only harm created- by the punishment itself. That is the opposite of justice—it is abuse of power.

Sometimes a judge might tell the jury to apply the law as written. Understand this clearly: that instruction is itself a form of coercion. It misrepresents the law. Juries are not automatons; they are the final safeguard against abuse. The law does not exist to create victims—it exists to protect them.

Police officers are trained to respond in ways that protect the system over reasoning. That too is coercion. Law enforcement should rely on judgment, discretion, and understanding of harm, not rote scripts or blind obedience. When those skills are suppressed, the system punishes without cause, and authority becomes domination.

You are empowered to see the facts: when no harm occurred, punishment is unwarranted. Enforcing the law would create injustice rather than prevent it.

No harm. No foul.
