Occurrence system?

My sm explained the occurrence system to me when I started but I am confused bc I’ve heard different things. He told me occurrences reset after 60 days. I got one occurrence in October for leaving early. But that was over 60 days ago. So it should be “gone.” Right? I had to call out today so that will be 1 occurrence for the next 60 days?
