Do Anbernic handheld consoles with HDMI output and bluetooth exist?

I am curious if there are powerful Anbernic handheld consoles, which can be connected to a TV and which work with one or even two PS3 bluetooth controllers to play together with friends?

If you have any experience with it, how is the performance if you connect a large screen to your Anbernic? Any lags or bad reaction time?
