As some of you know, Angelos and SLS has responded to some inaccuracies about the company and the REGAL trial, and it looks like this stemmed from a post on the website “Stockstotrade.com”

The original post from 01/09/26 framed the stocks recent price movement to be due to disastrous P3 data from REGAL. The actual article was absolute slop, the authors, editors, and “fact-checkers” clearly did no amount of prior research.
(If anyone has screenshots from the original post that would be helpful)

Since then, StocksToTrade and Lying Tim have issued a revision to the original article linked below:

January 9 Revision:
https://stockstotrade.com/news/sellas-life-sciences-group-inc-sls-news-2026_01_09/

“Key Takeaways

- The REGAL Phase 3 trial update cited 72 of the 80 pre-specified “events” (patient deaths) needed to trigger final analysis in an event-driven overall survival study; the trial remains blinded and the analysis is not expected until 80 events occur.

-Because the study is event-driven rather than time-driven, a slower pace toward the event threshold can reflect longer survival, which some observers have characterized as a potentially positive signal if confirmed upon unblinding.

- The Jan. 9 selloff appeared more closely tied to dilution concerns and trading dynamics following warrant exercises, rather than any new negative clinical-trial results.”

I thought that’d be the end of it, but come to find out they’ve been posting a different version of the original article every 12/24hours that seems to ignore all earlier edits/revisions!

Their most recent post:

January 11
“Key Highlights

-Reporting 72 deaths in the phase 3 Regal trial for Galinpepimut-S in acute myeloid leukemia has severely impacted investor confidence.

-A significant premarket trading dip of 6% reflects market reaction to the troubling trial news.

-The company’s future strategies and responses to this setback will be pivotal for its stock recovery.

-Investor focus now shifts towards strategic pivots or reassessments to mitigate implications of trial results”

Spineless Tim and cronies don’t even remain consistent with their own work.

I am reporting this to the SEC. I would encourage others to do so as well if they have time.

This is some clear bullshit that harms Sellas, and the intention is clearly malicious given Stockstotrade ignorance to a revision they themselves issued days before.
