Please pray for me

So I’ve been on a weightloss journey and the pre workout I used a week ago is high in caffeine which from there started affecting my breast, they’ve been tender and a little bit are. I need prayers because I’m scared and it’s by stopping I really need this to stop and I don’t want more problem. Please please pray for me
