Questions for bakers that sell their loaves!

Help 🙏

I've been making sourdough for about 6 months almost daily now and really love the process. I have a few friends and distant family who have been consistently requesting to buy my loaves.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I've been holding off on selling my loaves until I thought they were truly perfect, and was instead gifting them whenever I could. But now I think that time has come.

My questions are;

What size loafs do you sell? - My go to recipe is 1kg flour divided into 2 loaves, so 500g each. I bought loaves from local bakeries to compare and they seemed considerably smaller and lighter than mine are.

How do you package them? - Would something like this bag be okay? Or is it preferable to use the brown bags?

Thank you so much for any help.
