Testing out some Semi-dry German wine. Not too bad, has some floral notes, honey, maybe even a tiny bit of pickled apples

Taste wise, apart from white grapes, it has notes of heather, bitter citrus and honey

Not too sour, but not sweet either, which is good

Not bad, although i would still prefer some a Spanish or Italian red wine, or maybe even some French Cognac or Scotch Whisky
