Help! Choosing Exterior & Interior Paint

We’re repainting our home after 13 years and looking for some advice.

For the exterior, we’re confused if we need to go with Sherwin-Williams Duration or SuperPaint. We’re in Central Florida, house faces north-east, gets a lot of sun, and plenty of rain during hurricane season.
• Is Duration vs SuperPaint a big difference for our climate?
• Is Satin a good sheen for exterior?

For the interior, we’re confused on sheen:
• Walls: Matte or Satin?
• Trim & doors: Semi-gloss?

Looking for something durable but not too shiny.
