Any jobs that friendly to deaf in information technology field?

Hello, I was wondering if there is any guidance to find a job in information technology, cybersecurity, or networking that suit best for deaf and has communication impaired?

I am always fascinated with technology since I watched person of interest tv series since few years ago. I am trying to take career quizzes to find best match but sometimes it's not helpful. So i am just curious and want any tips like specific jobs that is good enough to look into or something because i want to move out from working at retail store for few years.
