Not accepting payment for license renewal - DMV Online

I’ve tried with 3 different cards on 2 different days. Verified billing addresses and double checked all info. Tried several times with each card. Even tried in a private browser. It just keeps saying payment failed.

Any tips, tricks or recommendations? Will go to the DMV next week if I have to, I’d just prefer to skip it if possible because, ya know, the DMV.
