Surgery is scheduled 1/22 and I’m starting to get a bit nervous.
I’m scheduled for an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo on 1/22. I’ve seen some really amazing results on this sub from other people’s surgeries, which has been both encouraging and a little intimidating.
I’m trying to keep my expectations realistic, but it’s hard not to get excited about the possibility of a flat(ish) belly after having a 9.5 lb baby and dealing with polyhydramnios.
My surgeon has been honest and said she isn’t sure how flat I’ll actually be, especially since any visceral fat would still remain. I suppose I’m looking for reassurance and/or results that aren’t perfectly flat?
