Cara is growing increasingly sexist

I’ve been a huge fan of Cara for years. Got a chance to meet her in LA a few years back, which was awesome. However, lately it feels like I’m every episode she has become increasingly sexist toward men. She’s often making sweeping generalizations about men which isn’t fair. I’m a young male skeptic and educator, and I try really hard to turn the other cheek whenever I hear misandrist comments among people in academia. It’s irking me more and more when it’s coming from one of my favorite science communicators on my favorite podcast. I hate to write this right now, but I feel like I should speak up in hopes that the rogues read it so she can be held accountable to her own standards of fairness. Of all people, Cara’s deep understanding of the human mind should prevent her from making such lazy sexist statements. I don’t feel personay attacked as I work hard not to fulfill male stereotypes. I just used to look forward to her insights and now it seems like a recurring trend. I rarely see her make these critiques about women, because generalizing all women would be wrong. So why do it with men?
