Finished 11.22.63 tv show - should I finish the book still ?

Hey everyone. Just recently started diving into King books - so far I've read IT, Shawshank, The Body and now I'm reading 11.22.63. Just a note for 11.22.63 book, Im at the part in Derry and I love it - I love IT, both the book, movies and recently the tv show. Fun to read about another character who visits Derry.

My question. I've watched the tv show 11.22.63 with Franco and just finished it. Is it worth continuing and finishing 11.22.63 the book when I've already watched the tv show ?

Obvious the book has more details, story and everything - but does the tv show sum it all up pretty good ?
