Player interviews?

I'm a new DM and I see some lfg posts around from DMs talking about interviewing players fpr spota at a table. I underarand the reasoning behind the interview, its to vett a player and see if they are a good fit. But my curiosity is what types of questions do ypu ask players? "Are you going to show up?" seems obvious to me but there has to be more stuff people ask to see if a player is going to fit.

Anyone care to give me insight to their interview/questionaire questions they ask prospective players to cultivate the best table possible? I am currently trying to get a table going and I want to have the best chance at a good table that gets along with each other and everyone has fun.
