Help/advice

I know this is a lot but I’ve been without power and heat since last Monday and there’s no sign of hope. I have been bundling up with blankets and charging my phone at the local library but I just feel so bad for my animals. I have a small dog and cat and they are getting worse. I have tried every local resource for help with getting the power back on but haven’t heard anything or keep getting turned away. If anybody has any advice or suggestions or simply anything please please please let me know.
