(22M) Groin and Knee pain for over 2 years, been to doctors but nothing works. Looking for advice.

Bones/Joints/Ligaments

Hi there, I am currently 22 year old (M) and i have been having a ton of groin and leg/knee pain on my right side for over 2,5 years now.

My story with this pain starts about that long ago, i had a pain in my groin that felt like someone was squeezing my testicle/sperm tube?(sorry dont know the medical name).

After this begun i went to an urologist and they found a very tiny inguinal hernia while i was standing up, at the time they said this wouldn't cause any harm and left it alone, shortly after they decided to give me numbing injections in that area and after that it was over, temporarily.

About a couple weeks after this i begun to get quite a lot of knee pain, and it felt like a muscle in my buttocks was constantly contracting, my dad said this is my pyriformis muscle, this radiated to my leg, probably causing me to walk weird and when I either sat down too long or was active for a long time i got a ton of pain in my knee.

My dad is a masseuse, he massaged me multiple times which always temporarily fixed some of the issues or atleast made it a lot better, this only lasted a couple of days at most and only fixed my knee pain, not the groin pain. Now fast forward to recently, i like going to festivals and now im basically always walking around with a ton of pain in my knee, i NEED to get rid of this, i hate it and its ruining my life.

Recently went back to a doctor, got send over to a clinic in the hospital that specifically was for inguinal hernias, they gave my an ultrasound and surprise surprise, they couldn't find anything wrong except for that tiny hernia that they said would be extremely improbable to cause any issues.

For those asking why no fysiotherapist, it wasn't included in my healthcare and would've been way too expensive for a broke student.. i've since changed it and can have 9 fysio sessions a year now so i'll be starting that soon.

For some other information, when i was about 15 i had a surgery for a hydrocel in my testicle, they made an incision in my right groin area and since then i've had a scar, my pain seems to be centered or atleast very close to this scar.. don't know if this can cause issues.

There are periods where its suddenly very okay to live with, and other periods where i can barely stand anymore. The groin pain doesn't really come in bursts anymore and more in like a weird nerve pain feeling, also sometimes rarely my right side of my lower stomach gets swollen.

For my age, i can not just accept this is a thing, so this year with my Dutch healthcare reset i wanna fully tackle this issue. If you guys have any advice i would be so glad to hear some suggestions. Thank you! and if there are any questions i'd be happy to answer.
