Govt. will transfer the monthly subsidy on 14th January

I have heard a rumor that the Government of Maharashtra is planning to transfer the amount of Ladki bahin on 14th January on the day of Makar sankranti.

The election is scheduled on the next day, 15 january. Will it again play a crucial role in deciding the votebank scenario?

Also how can this type of act is allowed by government when they close liquor shops and one cannot do electoral promotion?
