Silk soy milk has iodine now

Question/Advice

Silk rebranded. Their soy milk with an extra gram of protein in it (8g vs 7g) has iodine in it. If you, like me, are sensitive to iodine, then you should probably avoid it. Felt like I was going to have a heart attack after drinking just a little bit. I don't usually check the nutrition facts for something I've been drinking for over a decade. I'm pretty mad about this.

On the other hand, if you need more iodine, congrats.
