ordered a new 5070 FE switch or keep 9070XT both MSRP

i currently have the 9070xt for the last year but i have hated the drivers and face semi frequent crashes, black screens, drivers crashing, and fsr issues. I know number wise the 9070XT sort of blows the 5070 for the price but id end up saving 80$ here after tax if i can refund it back to gigabyte since it my bad a gigabyte card issue and under their warranty they will take it back. My local micro center also has a zotac 5070 for $500 brand new so 50$ below msrp but i know the resale value for my pc in the future will retain some value with a founders card and im a big fan of the design and have wanted an FE for long time now. I build and flip PCs on the side so i can also repurpose the 9070xt or 5070 in a pc build down the road. wanted other people’s opinion on this im kinda split and don’t know if my choice is super stupid.
