A weird yet terrifying experience in Delhi metro in 2024 during election time

So I took a metro to Akshardham from Rajiv chawk. A weird looking man entered the women’s coach and starting putting out net bowls (the one that snake charmer keeps) Then he shouted out loud “abhi blast hoga” and all the ladies started running to the other coach the general one and we all ran and we thought he has a snake with him. Later he was handed to crpf. Anyone who was present during that event last year do u remember this?
