Red gills no ammonia?

I have an electric blue ram that has been declining in health over the last month. The fish became sick with ich and has been sick ever since with other issues.

The main one now is red gills. I think it’s possibly parasitic but I used a general anti parasite medication a week or two ago due to the fish thinning out.

Tank parameters are

0ammonia

0nitrite

15-20 ppm nitrate

6.8-7.0 pH

80 ppm KH

75 ppm GH

Very unsure of what’s happening with the fish. I feel like she is a goner and I’m probably going to see how she fares on her own at this point. No other fish(including the other ram) have issues in the tank. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m open if there’s something I missed
