3yo Tails was surrendered w/ a euthanasia request & his cute collar still on. On tomorrow's euthanasia list, Mon Jan 12 @1pm ct. Tails is scared in the shelter but shows moments of happiness when being walked & taken outside. Local foster needed to save him [houston, tx]
