I put together a visual comparison between EA Sports WRC and Assetto Corsa Rally, focusing strictly on presentation rather than verdicts.

One important note: EA Sports WRC is a finished product, while Assetto Corsa Rally is still in an early stage. Because of this, the comparison may not favor the latter due to its more limited content (cars and locations). At the same time, it does not fully favor EA Sports WRC either, as many visually stronger stages could not be included because they differ too much from what is currently available in Assetto Corsa Rally.

I tried to match similar cars, locations, weather conditions (wet/dry/snow), and camera views wherever possible, using default camera setups. Some differences remain unavoidable, including liveries, decals, and content scope.

Both games are built on Unreal Engine and share some visual traits and issues (for example, ghosting), but they also shine in different areas. Assetto Corsa Rally stands out in wet conditions and cockpit water effects, while EA Sports WRC excels in snow and certain car-related visual details.

This is meant as a showcase, not a competition. Visual preference is subjective, and both titles clearly have strengths and weaknesses.

There’s also a small damage comparison at the end for anyone interested.

I’m genuinely curious what stood out to you visually, and I’m open to doing more comparisons if there’s interest.
