Windows 10 Start menu and Search just aren't working.

I turned off my PC, and when I turned it back on, Both my Start menu and Search were broken. Start menu you can scroll on for a bit but then it becomes grey and stops working. Search just crashes after even less than a second. I really don't know what to do.
