Looking for permanent team in EU

Hi, I play medium (can do heavy or light too), came back to game after 2,5 years - I've played beta and was top 500 in ranked, now I got silver...

I'm tired of trying to get my "friends" into the game, they always quit for something like PUBG or so... I don't really get it, how can they have such a bad taste even in games, but whatever - Finals is for me the best FPS game available now, so I want to grind it.

Where do you find people with more than 60 IQ, because when I soloQ, people in my team act like AI...

Would be nice to have some new friends.

The thing is that I have lot of time, since I'm off work, so grinding this game feels like doing something productive, lol.
