I had a dream of Beelzebub healed me

Been feeling dizzy, whole body fatigue and hurting, weirdly low mood these past few days. Just now I fell asleep at dinner hours and wake up feeling much better. The dream was a little weird, I was in a hospital/clinic, I told my dentist I'm healthy already, I don't need to see Marbas and Beelzebub. But my dentist was like we already booked them they gonna be here, we cannot cancel it. Then uhh Beelzebub was there. I forgot what questions did I ask Beelzebub and his advice. I forgot if I seen Marbas. I wish I could remember. I wake up feeling much better. I never worked with them nor any deities before, I don't know if they actually came to help me, not sure if I should give offerings to thank them.
