23F Looking for a Genuine female friendship :’)

You know how it goes, a girl who’s never rly had friends gets into a relationship, and he has his guys, spends time w the guys, and you become a lonely sad sap, trying to read, watch TV, or workout, anything to distract from the fact you don’t have another soul to speak to or watch something with other than him. I’ve been there done that, and it feels pathetic, truly. It’s always been my dream to have a girlfriend to game with, talk about stuff with, listen to each other, go get a freaking coffee, but it’s just never truly worked out. I mean shit, I’ve gone as far as exchanging numbers before, and being invited to a possible future hangout, but it never ever comes to fruition. Any good friendship “online” I’ve had with a chick, ended with them leaving me for their other friend/s, and suddenly there’s never time for me. Joining a group doesn’t work out either, maybe it’s my age, who knows. Or perhaps I haven’t tried hard enough.

Now, being honest, for me, I prefer to just use my free time and energy for my bf. I’m not a multi-person gal, never have been. I suppose I get a bit overly stimulated? Or awkward? But perhaps that’s my downfall. Eh, all I know is, he has his friends, and told me “Why don’t ya join a server or read a book?” This made me feel a bit stupid. It’s time I make effort in putting my time and energy into someone else, and myself, SO

If you’d like to chat, hit me up. I’m currently watching Newsroom, as I read it was similar to Succession (one of my favorite shows). I don’t really game much, but I like Apex Legends, Uno, 8Ball, Monopoly, and Minecraft, which are more fun with someone else, whom I do not have. So I rarely play. I have an Xbox and an iPhone. I’m also currently reading Silvertip’s Search, a western book by Max Brandy. I just finished “They All Died Screaming”, which I’d recommend if you like rough horror. I work mon-fri, 8-4, so there’s a sort of estimate for times I’m available.
