Installing auxiliary lights on a P2

Hello. I'm in the process of figuring out installing auxiliary lights on my 2008 S60, given that i commute at night and that Scandinavia is pretty dark at the moment. More specifically it's the wiring side of things that is troubling me. I'd like to install four lamps on my car, but i'd also like it to be legal, and the law here says i can have six total highbeams installed (Including the factory lights), but that only four of them may light up at once, and as far as i can understand, it has to be set up in a way that it's not possible to flick on all six at the same time. It has to be either or. I also can't just yank the two fuses for the factory highbeams, since they need to work if i want it legal, but i can't quite think of a good way to fill all of these criteria, so i'd like to hear about other people's experiences and ideas in case any one of you have dealt with something similar.

You may be wondering why i don't just stick to two extra lamps since that would realistically be plenty. It's because i'm a child and i think four is fun, that's all there is to it😂
