Bipolar Support Groups UC Davis

Is there any bipolar support groups in UC Davis because I feel like I have no one to talk about this with and if I do talk about it with someone they will just cut me off or if I let my disorder be known at all I will socially ostracized to the point where I actually hide my medication because I am afraid of people knowing and then I miss doses because of that.
