Custom button/dial settings aren't programmable per CUSTOM SETTING?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows if this possible. I have 2 lenses. A Fujifilm /w Aperture Ring & Sigma w/o aperture ring.

I program my C2 profile to use the front scroll wheel to adjust Aperture, however I want my C1 Settings (which I will use with the Fujifilm lense) to do something else when scrolling since I don't want to accidently adjust the Aperture. However when I edit the functionality the "save" button is grayed out.

Is this not possible /w custom settings?
