Changing predicted grades

Hi guys i sent off my ucas on 22nd December with AAA predicted since my AS results were BBB. After resitting my AS in oct/nov 2025 i got 2 high A . Is it possible to change my predicted grades to AAA after submitting ucas ? Or do i have to email the university .
