What kind of computer do you get for a YA gamer?

He's very into Arch Raiders, Call of Duty, Fortnite, FiveM and Borderlands. He's specifically requested a gaming PC but I have no idea what specs he would need to run all of these things efficiently.

He prefers Windows OS and staying under $3,000. Any help would fantastic!
