Mo Blade + Stormbreaker or Strategic Sword + HQ for PvE? (Also with latency)

Hi people,

I currently play Nameless Sword/Spear and it's been good so far, but I'm looking for more damage in general and people often say the mo blade and strat builds are easy to use.

I wanted to switch to either one of these and wanted to know which is safer/reliable from a damage perspective and also when playing at 200+ ms ping (I'm playing from US server but my guild and gf are from Asia server)

My gf already plays the umbrella+fan so I'm excluding that.
