Question about profile pictures

So my PFP is basically a random stock image of a jar of applesauce, simple stuff. And two questions have been mowing around in my head

1. Can i get striked for having a random stock image as my profile picture?

2. How do people go about getting profile pictures comissioned? When it comes to drawing i'm an absolute disgrace to artists everywhere and i would love to have a semi-professional PFP created but this is something that ive never even considered until now

-whats a fair average price range for this kind of work?

-how do you guys go about finding an artist to take on the job?
