Will it fit?

I’m new to the one bag movement and will be going on a 2 week trip in a few months. What are the odds that 4 pants, 3 shorts, 10 button up shirts, 3 t-shirts, bathing suit, an extra pair of shoes and other clothing essentials (socks / underwear) fit in a 45L bag? If so, any bag recommendations? I’ve looked at Cotopaxi 42L and the Patagonia 45L Black Hole.
