bleeding

So right now im 31 weeks pregnant and at my anatomy scan i was diagnosed with a chorion-amnion membrane separation , so ive been having ultrasounds once a month to monitor . But the past like 2 weeks ive started bleeding quite a bit . The first time i was at work and completely freaked out and went to the er , they put all the monitors on my belly and baby sounded fine and rare contractions . They said i was dilated 1cm but said that was normal with your second and sent me home . Then i started bleeding kind of heavy again and wasn’t going to go but i did because there was a huge ass blood clot . I went to a different er and they did the same thing but with an ultrasound to check amniotic fluid and everything looked good ? they said to come in if the bleeding is worse or if there’s a bigger blood clot . Today i woke up to more bleeding and another big blood clot but not bigger than the other one . I’ve had spotting in between each bleeding episode and haven’t had any up to this point but it’s starting to get really overwhelming and i’m really trying not to freak out . I wish the drs could tell me why this is happening
