What are some unbiased sources to learn about the Middle East's history?

Hello, I am interested in learning about Middle Eastern history from unbiased sources, so not from Muslim scholars who might do revisionism. Do you guys have some sources to recommend?

I'm especially interested in the period that goes from 1800s to modern day (so a deeper dive into modern and contemporary history), and in the Arabian Peninsula.
