An515 54 wont turn on after screen replacement

The pc isn’t with me so no images, sorry.

2 weeks ago I had a problem with weird flickering red and green lines on my screen so I tried to send it to some pc repairs guy for a screen replacement thinking it wouldn’t be too hard. But when it came back, it did turn on once but then not again (the battery was low), I then tried to put the power adapter but there all that happened was the orange light that usually show its charging turn on for about 2 seconds then shut off again.

I tried draining by long pressing the power button but that had no effects. Now its been travelling from repairer to repairer for over 2 weeks and I dont really know if this is the best place to do that but my desperation is starting to take advantage over my hesitation. Also the screen did work on other moniters and tv, so it was just a screen problem.
