seeking Church for “beginners”

Hi! I am looking to get back into going to church, which is a big deal for me. I am 30 years old and I haven’t stepped foot in a church service since I was probably in middle school. I don’t have a lot of knowledge on the bible and christianity itself so I do feel a little behind. I would also say I am pretty progressive and looking for a church who is truly open minded and accepting of all. Thanks in advance!
