Secure boot/bios

I DESPERATELY need help! So i need to enable secure boot on my pc and i have tried EVERYTHING. But the problem isn’t just enabling it, the option to enable secure boot just isn’t there in the bios menu. I haven’t found an answer on how to fix this in over a year and i’m just tired of it now.
